Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Houston, TX)

Bright Wilder Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Houston, and we need a Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
