Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Grand Rapids, MI)

Westbrook Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
