Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Mill Civic Services and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be follow-up and outcomes. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for constituent requests. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
