Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (El Paso, TX)

Nova North Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around El Paso. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
