Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (El Paso, TX)

Nova Willow Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the El Paso area. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. You would join a large organisation of about 259 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
