Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (El Paso, TX)

Clearpath Fox Housing manages affordable housing communities across El Paso. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for resident services. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
