Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (El Paso, TX)

Northwind Ridge Property Management manages apartment communities around El Paso. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for unit turnovers. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
