Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (El Paso, TX)

Greenridge Amber Community Partners is a El Paso charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for donor records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
