Cedar Iron Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Detroit. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
