Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Denver, CO)

Redstone Ridge Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Denver area, and we need a Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
