Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Denver, CO)

Redstone Ridge Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
