Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Dallas, TX)

Bluepeak Iron Learning Group Partners runs classrooms and tutoring across the Dallas area, and we need a Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
