Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Dallas, TX)

Ironwood Timber Property Management Partners manages apartment communities around Dallas. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
