Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Junction Housing is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for repair requests. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
