Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Colorado Springs, CO)

Redstone Ember Housing is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for waiting lists. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
