Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Colorado Springs, CO)

Westbrook Keystone Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. You would join a large organisation of about 313 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for permits. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
