Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Colorado Springs, CO)

Greenridge Fox Property Management is a Colorado Springs property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for vendor invoices. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
