Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Charlotte, NC)

Bright North Property Management manages apartment communities around Charlotte. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
