Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Charlotte, NC)

Ironwood Fox Community Partners is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for volunteer shifts. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
