Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Charleston, SC)

Redstone Lantern Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
