Highbridge Ashton Civic Services Partners works with county and city offices around Buffalo, and we need a Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for permits. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
