Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Boston, MA)

Cedar Summit Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Boston, and we need a Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. You would join a large organisation of about 942 people based in Boston. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
