Clearpath Cobalt Property Management is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
