Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Austin, TX)

Harborlight Rook Learning Group is an education provider in Austin serving students and families. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. You would join a large organisation of about 305 people based in Austin. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
