Highbridge Lantern Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 305 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
