Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Rowan Civic Services Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be follow-up and outcomes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for procurement. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
