Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Anchorage, AK)

Northwind Pine Community Partners is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for volunteer shifts. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
