Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Anchorage, AK)

Amberfield North Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Anchorage area, and we need a Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
