Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Anchorage, AK)

Westbrook Yarrow Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around Anchorage. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for constituent requests. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
