Highbridge Cedar Civic Services Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 111 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for budget submissions. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
