Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Albuquerque, NM)

Greenridge Bright Housing manages affordable housing communities across Albuquerque. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. You would join a large organisation of about 301 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance stores. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
