Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Albuquerque, NM)

Lumen Timber Property Management is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance requests. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
