Case Manager - care planning (Wichita, KS)

Greenridge Linden Health is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for insurance authorisations. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
