Case Manager - care planning (Virginia Beach, VA)

Westbrook Maple Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Virginia Beach, and we need a Case Manager to lead our care planning. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
