Case Manager - care planning (Tulsa, OK)

Lumen Bright Property Management is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
