Case Manager - care planning (Tucson, AZ)

Silverline Timber Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Tucson. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on care planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for repair requests. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
