Case Manager - care planning (Toledo, OH)

Greenridge Timber Property Management is a Toledo property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on care planning. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for vendor invoices. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
