Case Manager - care planning (Tampa, FL)

Northwind Cedar Civic Services supports public agencies in Tampa with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on care planning. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for permits. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
