Cedar Willow Housing is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for lease compliance. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
