Harborlight Nest Housing is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for repair requests. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field.
