Case Manager - care planning (Spokane, WA)

Northwind Nest Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Spokane, and we need a Case Manager to lead our care planning. You would join a large organisation of about 850 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for waiting lists. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
