Case Manager - care planning (Spokane, WA)

Cedar Kestrel Housing manages affordable housing communities across Spokane. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on care planning. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance stores. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
