Case Manager - care planning (Spokane, WA)

Ironwood Corner Housing manages affordable housing communities across Spokane, and we need a Case Manager to lead our care planning. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance stores. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
