Case Manager - care planning (Spokane, WA)

Redstone Loom Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Spokane, and we need a Case Manager to lead our care planning. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for repair requests. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
