Case Manager - care planning (Spokane, WA)

Redstone Corner Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Spokane. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on care planning. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
