Case Manager - care planning (San Antonio, TX)

Nova Iron Housing is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for repair requests. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
