Lumen Beacon Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Sacramento. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on care planning. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
