Summit Property Management Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for unit turnovers. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
