Clearpath Amber Housing is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for repair requests. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
