Case Manager - care planning (Reno, NV)

Silverline Wilder Property Management is a Reno property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Case Manager to lead our care planning. You would join a small organisation of about 119 people based in Reno. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance requests. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
